More About Rachel …

Rachel Jancarek has always had a love and passion for performing since she was a little girl growing up in a small town in Maryland. It began with performing at-home musicals with her brother, which led to her landing her first community theatre role as the Queen of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland JR, and it only continued to grow from there.

She continued to grow and expand her love for theatre to include dance, playing in the school orchestra on the cello, joining a multitude of choirs — including All-State Choir, and even extended to theatrical marketing.

Rachel left her small town behind for the big city to further pursue musical theatre at NYU Tisch with the New Studio on Broadway. While there she performed in multiple productions, one of which included an original musical — Once More, which she performed in and wrote and composed original music for. This musical then went to be performed in the New York Theatre Festival in the fall of 2023. She recently graduated with honors in 2024.

Outside of performing, Rachel loves to spend time in the sun, with doggies, teaching herself how to play the banjo, is an avid Swiftie, and coffee lover.
